The call we’ve been waiting 2 years for

I have a longer entry coming, but I just wanted to say something real quick.

LeBron James, you are one whiny little punk of a basketball player.

“Crab dribble”? Stop making up fake basketball terminologies to justify your wack move. Despite the fact that he lost the game for his team, Bron still had the audacity to say: “It’s easy for people who don’t play the game of basketball to say something about a certain move. You hear all the people on SportsCenter talk about it, but they’ve never touched a basketball in their lives. They just report about it.”

Look buddy, Spooner called it right. Three steps is a basic travel call, DUH. Thank you NBA for finally realizing that you have been coddling this ungrateful SOB for too long. We, the Wizards organization and the entire District of Columbia/Maryland/Virginia area, would have preferred this to have been understood back in 2006, but this is small satisfaction that we will live with until LeBron breaks his leg and is forced to retire from the game of basketball without a championship ring.

There are so many things I hate about LeBron James. The fact that he has single-handedly knocked the Wizards out of the playoffs for the last three years. The fact that he is more concerned with his own fame and popularity than the game of basketball (evidenced by rumors going around of his leaving Cleveland in 2010 for New York and close proximity with fellow superstar celebrity and rap mogul Jay-Z). The fact that he came into the league as an 18-year old rookie and right away crowned himself “King”. The fact that he is the most undeservedly hyped up individual in the history of sports, most of it coming before he even played in his first NBA game. What arrogance! What disrespect!

Edit: I was going to write a LOT more on this, but found this site after a quick Google search. Read it. The man’s revulsion for Bron is absolutely delicious. I was giggling halfway through reading it. Go Wizards!
